What is RSS?

The Adult Channel RSS feed will let you know the second there is something new on the site. For free.

How do I do it?

Right. Don't worry. This is easy.

In its most simple form, RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way for your PC to be told every time a web site has something new to read so you don't need to waste your time surfing sites that haven't been updated.

Rather than use the bookmarks that are easily forgotten about, you get a little notification that the site has new content. You can 'subscribe' (for free) to RSS feeds and then you'll be told as soon as there is something new to read.

Now, you may not have noticed but lots and lots of sites use this technology now. Especially news sites. BBC, Guardian, New York Times, even Arsenal's site has an RSS feed. You can tell because they use this icon to let you know what the feed is.

Now if you want to get an RSS feed there are a few ways you can do it. They are all simple and many are free.

In the drop down menus on the left are some one-click subscription buttons for some of the popular online services

Or if you just want the link it's here:

You can just pop that into MyYahoo! - or Technorati - if you would prefer. They are both free websites where you can look at all the RSS feeds you chose.

There are lots of standalone RSS applications

If you are on a PC then FeedDemon is one of the best.

On a Mac, NetNewsWire is the clear winner.

Google 'RSS Reader' and your computer's operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux)

That's it. Job done. Now you will be told every single time there is something new on the Adult Channel’s site for you to read.
